Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in this training you agree to the following enrollment agreement.

1. Proprietary process
The process in this training a proprietary process and may not be copied or duplicated for the purpose of selling or distributing it to others without permission.

2. Intellectual property
The lessons, audio's and information in this training constitute the intellectual property of the trainer and are the exclusive property of Alexander Van Buren. The audio's of this training, which will appear on our web site for students to listen to, and additional content in our Q and A and Insights pages, may not be downloaded or duplicated in any form without written permission of the Alexander Van Buren.

Assignment pages and hand out pages only may be downloaded and are for seminar participants only and limited to single person use only.

3. Single Person License
By enrolling in this training you are being granted a single person license for use of the information it contains. You may use it for your personal professional use only. You agree not to duplicate, xerox or copy any of the materials used in this training by any method including electronic, digital or any duplication method to be invented in the future.

4. Refund policy
After receiving the second lesson, you may cancel your enrollment within 24 hours. After that no refunds are allowed.

5. Audio Files are on the web site
Audio overviews of each lesson will be posted on our web site, along with handouts for you to download. They are not in CD or DVD form and will remain on our web site.

6. Assignments
You will receive each lesson on a Monday. Your instructor will review every assignment you turn in to him via email and will email you a personal response. Weekly assignments must be returned via email to your trainer no later than Friday of the week they are assigned in order to receive personal email input from your trainer.

Assignments received after each friday's deadline will not receive a personal response. Your instructor will post insights on the Q and A and Insights page of our web site.

7. Payment
This training must be paid in full in advance before the start date. Seating is limited and enrollment is by approval of the trainer.

8. Not therapy
All sessions in this e-training are for the purpose of vocational or non -vocational self-improvement only and do not constitute therapy of any kind.

9. You are responsible for results
You are responsible for any and all actions that you may decide to take as a result of your training sessions. You agree to release Alexander Van Buren and Alexander Industries Inc., and ShadowFax Marketing LLC, and all it's agents and staff from any personal, physical or financial liability incurred during or as a result of your training sessions.
